We left Tehuantepec and headed towards Oaxaca City. It is a quaint place with good food, historic churches, colorful market places and beautiful wall art.
Heading up (to 9000 feet) to visit with Pastor Manuel’s family in the small village of Buena Vista, we broke a leaf spring. This slowed us down but it was worth the drive to visit this sweet family.
We caught the Ferry across the Sea of Cortez and drove up beautiful Baja.
